MISSION

The Food Quality Control and Analysis program aims to train sufficient students in the evaluation of microbiological, physical, chemical and sensory analyzes by considering human health and system requirements in all food products. It is aimed not only to provide theoretical education, but also to use our school's laboratories effectively, to provide practical and practical training in cooperation with the leading organizations of the food industry, and to train technical staff who can effectively use the knowledge and skills they have acquired in business life.

 

VISION

Our program is to train Food Quality Control and Analysis technicians who are equipped with the necessary basic scientific and social skills, can follow innovations and trainings related to their profession, have analytical thinking and problem-solving skills in the working environment, can provide coordination between units, have managerial characteristics, and can produce innovative and original solutions.
