2022-2023 Academic Year Fall Term Transfer Application Requirements

* Applications for Horizontal Transfer to Academic Units of our University will be made online. (Applications made in person or by mail will not be accepted.) Click for Online Application Guide.

* The registration of the students who are entitled to lateral transfer as a result of the online application will be made in person at the Directorates of our Relevant Unit Faculties and Vocational Schools.

* In the final registrations, the originals of the documents uploaded to the system during the application will be requested from the students. Students who are found to have made false statements at a later date despite their registration will be deleted.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR HORIZONTAL TRANSFER APPLICATION:

Online Application Form
Grade Status Document (Transcript): The official document showing all the courses that the applicant will take from the institution he/she will leave, all the courses he/she has attended and the grades he/she has received from these courses.
Student certificate
Course contents (with QR Code, Electronic Signature)
Documentation of not receiving disciplinary action. (For candidates who will apply based on GPA)
For students who apply to formal education from secondary education, a document stating that they enter 10%. (For candidates who will apply based on GPA)
ÖSYS Result Document (For candidates who will apply within the scope of Additional Article-1)
Document showing that they did not transfer within the scope of Additional Article-1 (for candidates who will apply within the scope of Additional Article-1)
