Food Quality Control and Analysis Program 2nd grade students' trip to Barilla Pasta factory

A technical trip was organized to the Barilla Pasta factory in Bolu, Turkey's leading pasta producer, for the development of the Vocational and Technical skills of our 2nd grade students of the Food Quality Control and Analysis Program. It was held with the participation of Dr. Lecturer Adem KABASAKAL, Head of the Food Processing Department, Lecturer Merve Begüm NARLI and Lecturer Ramazan Ülkü ÇETİN.
