A seminar titled “Mass Food Production” was held

Within the scope of our Food Processing Department Food Quality Control Applications course, Rengarenk Mutfak Operations Manager Food Engineer Ms. Şengül Teksoy gave a seminar on ‘Mass Food Production’. During the seminar, information was provided on menu planning and preparation stages in mass feeding systems, hygiene, waste disposal, ensuring reliability, and management and organization. We would like to thank Ms. Şengül Teksoy for her contributions, who shared her knowledge and experience.
